Return policy
We have a 14 day return policy , which means you have 14 days to request a return from the day you received the item. The easiest way to do this is in your customer account, click here
To be eligible for a refund upon return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to request a return, you can log in to your customer account and mark the item you wish to return as a return. Please note that if you send the return yourself, it must be sent to the following address: Köpmansgatan 14, 30242 Halmstad.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items that are sent back to us without a return/complaint having been requested first may require a longer processing time, as we must first check the item and assess whether it can be accepted as a return or a complaint. In order for us to be able to handle the matter correctly, the sender must also attach information about the order number, contact details and reason (return or complaint) for the item being sent back. We then carry out a manual review and determine whether the return/complaint can be accepted.

Damage and problems
Always check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and lingerie/swimwear due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.
