When you choose to place a pre-order with us, you're doing so much more than just clicking home something nice. You're helping a small, personal business work sustainably – without unnecessary inventory and without unnecessary costs. To us, that means everything. Really.

When you buy via pre-order, we order your item from our carefully selected suppliers. As soon as it has arrived at our location, we carefully pack it and send it directly to you. Of course, you will receive an email with a tracking number when the package is on its way to your door.

And as a warm thank you...

📦 If your order exceeds 1000 SEK, we will gladly send you a small gift – handpicked with love, just for you. It is our way of showing how much we appreciate you choosing to support us in this way.

Important to know when returning or making a complaint

If you choose to return all or part of your order and the total amount after that is less than 1000 SEK, the gift unfortunately needs to be sent back. If it is sealed, it must be unopened.

Should the gift be missing or opened upon return, the refund will be adjusted by the value of the gift. The same applies to complaints that lead to a refund where the order value is then below 1000 SEK. This is a precautionary measure we have in place to avoid abuse, and we hope for your understanding. 💛
